ABOUT THE PROJECT
This project, "Studying in a Pandemic" is a multimedia project that explores the experience of international students who migrated to the United Kingdom for studies and how they are coping with new experience in their new location, especially with the series of lockdowns and movement restrictions caused by Covid-19.
The Documentary
Studying in a Pandemic is a peep into the reality of thousands of international students who travelled to the UK with plans to travel and explore the beautiful cities in the UK but are trapped in their rooms because of series of lockdown announced by government to curb the spread of Covid-19.
About me
Akintunde Babatunde
Akintunde has extensive technical experience in Social Sector Development with specific focus on media innovation and development, civic engagement and policy advocacy, non-profit management and social research. He has developed different portfolios and coordinated projects, working with local and international organizations that led to macro outcomes in Nigeria. He's incandescent about leveraging media to advance transparency and accountability.
